Meet Jess and Tyler 

Hey there, we are two West Virginians who love to travel on a budget and have learned a lot along the way. We are here to share our knowledge and help you have a great time outdoors through step-by-step travel guides, itineraries, and tips.

Our goal is to make the adventure industry accessible for all budgets. If the idea of $200 rain jackets and mortgage-worthy sprinter vans churns your stomach, you are in good company! We learned how to mountain bike on Wal-Mart bikes and regularly eat ravioli straight from the can. We believe expensive gear does not define a person’s ability and anyone who wants to adventure should be able to!

Currently, we travel with our self converted Transit Connect, having retired both our converted Forester and vintage econoline. Our vehicles have taken us from Maine to California–from weekend getaways to month long trips! Combined with other travels, we have explored 20+ national parks, 49 states, and 10 countries.
